Speaker's Background

Personal: Lives in the Almanden Valley of San Jose with his wife and two children. Hobbies include golf, walking, bike riding and spending time with family.

Academic: A graduate of Gunderson High School and San Jose State University. Has a degree in Communications Studies, with special studies in clinical psychology.

Professional: Is the franchise owner for Dale Carnegie Training® of San Jose. Paul started his career 21 years ago as a training advisor for Dale Carnegie Training® of San Jose and during the years held a number of management positions until 1998 when he became franchise owner.

A master instructor/trainer, Paul is certified to instruct all of the Dale Carnegie Training® Programs, a distinction held by only 8% of all Dale Carnegie Instructors in the world. A much in demand speaker, coach, facilitator and trainer for many of the valley's top companies, managers and professional associations.
